2. DESCRIPTION
The JazzieGirls website allows viewing various types of content by members which are purchasing access subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

5. Billing
"vtsup*" description will appear on your credit card, bank statement, or phone bill for all charges made. If multiple access rights are purchased utilizing any payment method, your statement will list each individual purchase comprising the transaction. vtsup may include other information on your statement based on credit card association, telephone regulation, NACHA and any other mandated rules and regulations.
6. Payment Fee
JazzieGirls Sites may have periodic subscription fees that are displayed on the purchase form at the time of the initial enrollment for subscription. The consumer is responsible for such fees according to the terms of the site. Once a consumer has the ability to access the site using the access rights assigned to the accessor, subscription fees become non-refundable.
6.a Automatic Recurring Billing (If Selected By You On The Sign Up Page)
Subscription fees may be automatically renewed at the end of the original term selected, for a similar period of time, unless notice is received from the consumer 24 hours before the renewal. All special introductory offers shall be exempt from the 24 hours notification requirement, but the costumer must notify Verotel.com directly prior to the end of the special offer period in order to cancel automatic renewal. All special offer access shall renew at the stated full access rate. The maximum term of this agreement is 100 months. Unless and until this agreement is cancelled in accordance with the terms hereof, the consumer hereby authorizes JazzieGirls to charge consumers's chosen payment method to pay for the ongoing cost of access. The consumer hereby further authorizes JazzieGirls to charge consumer's chosen payment method for any and all additional purchases of services and entertainment provided by the site.
6.b VAT
VAT included where applicable. In order to comply with the tax laws a system will try to determine the location of the client automatically. The customer undertakes to check a correctness of the detected data and correct them in case of need using an appropriate combobox in purchase form until the moment of payment. The consumer is responsible for the correctness of the specified data.
7. Instant Upgrade
Instant Upgrade will be made upon request of the subscriber via "Upgrade" link by providing us with the subscription email in the password protected area of the Service. By submitting the form the customer agrees the charge of a full month's access.
8. Trial Access
Trial access may not give full access to all the services that holders of a full access enjoy and are given to.
9. FEES
You acknowledge that JazzieGirls reserves the right to charge for JazzieGirls services and to change its fees from time to time in its discretion. Further more, in the event JazzieGirls terminates your rights to use the website because of a breach of this Agreement, you shall not be entitled to the refund of any unused portion of subscription fees.
10. Cancellation
At any time, and without cause, subscription to the service may be terminated by either JazzieGirls, the site, or the subscriber upon notification of the other by electronic or conventional mail, or by telephone or fax. When the consumer requests the termination, subscription fees are NOT refunded. Subscribers are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of service. If you request cancellation or request a refund from JazzieGirls, your bank, card issuer, or phone company due to unauthorized or fraudulent use, JazzieGirls can at its discretion, to prevent further unauthorized use, block your information from use at all JazzieGirls suppliers' websites. This will not however prevent unauthorized use at non - JazzieGirls suppliers' websites, and is not a substitution for your contacting your appropriate channels to prevent further misuse. If you are taking advantage of a subscription period through a credit card, please be aware of the following: JazzieGirls may request and your bank may immediately put a "Reserved Funds" hold on your credit card for the amount of the subscription plan you have selected. If the subscription is cancelled within the timeframe allowed by the website, it typically takes the banking system 7 to 10 days to remove the credit card hold from these funds. Please understand that JazzieGirls has no way to remove this hold. For a minimum of 7 to 10 days after you cancel, these funds are considered out of your bank even though technically they are still there, and you could overdraw or exceed the limits of your account. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your credit card issuing bank for exceeding your account limits or overdrawing your account.
11. Refunds
YWhen the accesor requests the termination, subscription fees are NOT refundable. Should a refund be issued by JazzieGirls, all refunds will be credited solely to the payment method used in the original transaction. JazzieGirls will not issue refunds by cash, check, or to another credit card or payment mechanism.
12. Authorization of Use
Subscribers to the site are hereby authorized a single access right to access the service or material located at this website. This access right shall be granted for sole use to one subscriber. All accesses are provided for personal use and shall not be used for any commercial purposes or by any commercial entities. Commercial use of either the site or any material found within is strictly prohibited unless authorized by the website.
